A family friend approached me to ask if I could do some designs for him. He worked for a cycling ‘hub’ called Cadence, who describe themselves as ‘more than a bike shop and more than a club’. I was asked to design some cycling jerseys for an event Cadence were running at the Olympic Veledrome – they were running a track cycling day for an insurance brokers called Tokio Marine Kiln. I was given the brief, which was rather restricted, as I only had a select few colours to work with. Below are all my designs, but in the end it was their choice (photos at the bottom).
